These guys are fantastic. My heating issue was fixed quickly. They came out last minute and was able to get my issue fixed without waiting. I know not all heating issues are simple, but these guys were professional and small town helpful. Mike and David were great representatives of the company as well as the young lady that answers their phone in the morning. They were all very polite. The guys covered the work area to keep it clean. I have to say that I am very impressed with their work.

I contacted JT Mechanical this morning in regards to issues we've been having with our gas furnace not coming on. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly, and was able to have someone out the same day! The technician, David, who came out was friendly, knowledge, and very accommodating to all the questions asked. This is a very good company with a dependable crew of workers. I highly recommend this company! I'm very glad I called them. =) Plus the price was reasonable as well, no complaints. I will definitely use them again.

Our furnace went out the day after Thanksgiving this year. I called JT Mechanical Saturday morning and the owner Jeff was at our house within a few hours. Being a holiday weekend, only one supply shop was open with the part we needed. Jeff drove to another city to pick the part up in order to get our heat up and running that day. The following Monday Jeff called to see how everything was working and said he wanted to come back out to make sure there wasn't a problem with our heat exchange. It turns out that our heat exchange had in fact cracked in two places due to a bad install we had done 2 years ago. After seeing the holes in the exchange, I was even more grateful for Jeff's attention to detail. He walked me though my current HVAC system, explaining where the issues were and offering solutions. My only regret was that I didn't call JT Mechanical 2 years ago when we had the system installed! Jeff and his team (Mike, Ryan and David) were out the next week fixing the bad install we previously had. The difference in workmanship, professionalism and technical knowledge was night and day. The level of professional pride and the customer first approach with JT Mechanical is truly remarkable and not something you find often in this day and age.

JT Mechanical installed a mini-split system in my sunroom last spring and they were excellent. It was a very reasonable price and they were the most professional and courteous folks I have ever had work in my home. Just today my thermostat on the house system broke. Did I call the company that installed that system? No way! I called JT Mechanical and they were able to come out within a few hours and replace the thermostat. You will not be disappointed if you choose JT Mechanical.

EASY! That covers it, EASY... Competitive quote, on time, gave the process thought to obtain the best results & installation. Did not just drop in place of the old system and call it a day (which is unfortunately a common practice). EASY... Good Crew of people! Provided a New AC. A New Heating System. A New Mini-Split Systems. Coming back in 3 weeks to install a New Generator. In addition, will be providing maintenance services for 3 other homes Plus our business. What else can I say!

OUTSTANDING FAIR AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE! This was the second time I had a problem with my furnace and the second time I called JT Mechanical for the service. In each case they were out on site within a few hours and getting right to work. Jeff ensured that the parts were covered under the warranty, and with his meticulous attention to detail, was able to diagnose the root cause of my problem (an easy to miss arching transformer that he happened to observe while double checking his work). When all was said and done my heat was back on and the bill was very reasonable and well under my expectation. I will recommend JT Mechanical to all my friends and I am happy to know my family has someone to call to get fair, professional, and prompt service if they encounter heating or A/C problems when I am on military deployment.
